Featuring Phil, Amy and Thomas, along with our super-talented friends Paul Mallyon (ex-Sanguine Hum) on drums, Johan Brand (All Traps on Earth, Änglagård) on bass and Anna Holmgren (Änglagård) on flute, Genius Loci is an exquisite exploration of the spirit of place; it looks with a sense of wonder, gratitude and inquisitiveness at what makes certain places special to the human spirit.

The album download comes with a digital booklet where you’ll find lyrics and liner notes, so you won’t miss out on the details behind each of the tracks. There are also some thoughts written by composer and guitarist Phil Mercy about the creation and recording of Genius Loci, previously only available in the printed CD booklets.
